Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using our travel services.
Booking Terms
By making a booking with New Al-Ghani Travels and Tours, you agree to the following terms:
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking
- Full payment is due as per the payment schedule provided
- Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed and paid
- Special requests cannot be guaranteed but will be noted
Payment Policy
- Deposit: 25-50% of total cost required at booking
- Final Payment: Due 30 days before departure
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer, credit card, cash
- Currency: All prices quoted in PKR unless specified
- Late Payment: May result in booking cancellation
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- 60+ days before departure: 25% of total cost
- 30-59 days before departure: 50% of total cost
- 15-29 days before departure: 75% of total cost
- Less than 15 days: 100% of total cost
- No-show: 100% of total cost
Note: Airline tickets, hotel bookings, and other non-refundable services may have different cancellation terms as per supplier policies.
Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure:
- Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity
- Appropriate visas for all destinations
- Required vaccinations and health certificates
- Travel insurance coverage
- All documents are in your possession before departure
Liability & Insurance
New Al-Ghani Travels and Tours acts as an agent for various service providers. Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide.
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations by airlines/hotels
- Personal belongings and valuables are your responsibility
- Medical expenses and emergencies are not covered unless insured
- Force majeure events are beyond our control
Changes & Modifications
Changes to confirmed bookings may be possible subject to:
- Availability of alternative arrangements
- Supplier terms and conditions
- Additional costs and change fees
- Written request with sufficient notice
- Our approval and confirmation
Complaints & Disputes
If you have any complaints or disputes:
- Contact us immediately during your trip if possible
- Submit written complaints within 30 days of return
- Provide all relevant documentation and evidence
- We will investigate and respond within 14 working days
- Disputes will be resolved under Pakistani law
